I have an LG OLED TV 2024, and the remote does not have a FAV button. I have saved some favorite OTA channels through the Channel Manager, but I don't know how to access them without a FAV button. Can someone help me with this?

Negritoru A

Hello, I know that other LG WebOS users have the same problem as me, but I can't find a solution on the web.
Perhaps one of you experts can help me.
Shortly: manually sort the app icons on my LG Smart TV (OLED77C55LA) and place the “TV Channels” icon in the first position (on the left, to be clear). Before all the others (e.g. Netflix, PlutoTV, Prime, etc.), but when I turn off the TV for a few hours and turn it back on, I find the “TV Channels” icon in last position.
I have tried putting it in second position, third position and so on, but every time I turn it back on, I find it in last position.
Can anyone help me?
Thank you.

When in an app, hitting home on the remote doesn't do anything. I was looking to see if there's a webOS update available, and now I see trying to open settings locks it all up. The only way to get out of an app right now or get it out of the state where trying settings locks it up is to power off and back on again.
Things I've tried:
1. Restart. I've tried various ways including unplugging and holding the power button on the TV for a while. I left it unplugged all night.
2. Repair of the remote.
I don't know what else to try as I can't even get into settings to see if there's an update to fix this mess. Any thoughts?

I have a Roku device attached to my LG TV model # 55UQ7570PUJ. As I’m watching something on the Roku and using my Roku remote, every now and then something that I press on that Roku remote brings up the LG ‘Select a menu item’ screenwhere AV Reset is highlighted. Any idea what could be happening here? One clue: after I press the undo button on the LG remote to get rid of that window, I find that the volume is all the way down. Maybe I’m hitting the Roku remote’s Mute button in some weird way and that brings up the ‘Select a menu item’ window?
It’s surprising that something I press on the Roku remote brings up an LG dialog, but that’s what’s happening. Thanks for any help.

Hi
I got an LG OLED today, I only have a Sky Q as input (no other devices). I want to stop using the Sky Q remote, which button on the LG magic remote acts like the "Home" or "Sky" buttons on the Sky Q Remote?
The magic remote can pause/play and power off the sky q box as well as navigate the menu (after I call it up) all with single button pushes. But to get the sky menu - I cannot find a way to get a single button push on the LG to bring the sky q menu up. I found a couple of ways
1) press the STP power button twice (off / on = brings menu up on power up)
2) press the ... (three dots) button then scroll down to menu from the pop up menu.
I want a single button to bring up the Sky menu ... any ideas? Maybe it's possible to configure the 4 coloured buttons or the GUIDE button on the LG remote to map to the Sky Home/Menu feature
Thanks in advance
Dave
