Question

Hi there. I have this problem. I had the LG 49U67V turned off and the power cable not connected to the electricity socket for 4 days. Since reconnecting everything I can't connect to the Web. Neither by WiFi or by ethernet cable. The TV seems connected in the settings. But the the speed is practically zero. This is the case with WiFi and with ethernet.

No it not the case we're the WiFi disconnects itself and which is solved by disabling the Quick start functionin the settings.

What happened?

I found something. I disconnected once again the TV from the electricity socket, and after a minute connected it again. WiFi worked once again great. I'll return with more info

      Hi,
I have a OLED77C34LA and a pair Bose QC32 II headphones and I have trouble connecting to the tv.
First the headphones works good on my other three devices but the TV has trouble, when I manage to connect they work perfect but when I turn the off on on again the headphones will say they are connected to the TV but the TV most of the time won't give me an option to connect and I remember I got a popup asking if I wanted the use the headphones as output but only for like 3-4 times so far.
Usually I have to plug the power out of the TV for a while and remove the bluetooth device but and it doesn't always work. It's not great spending like 15min to get the headphones to work.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Why do I get this error message below on the TV, do I need to get a MAC address secured from EE, or is this a misleading error?
I have tried all the usual reboot, recycle, plug and unplug on both the LG TV and EE Smart Hub but nothing changes. Also tried Wired connection via Ethernet (LG TV acknowledges there is an Ethernet connection but still no internet):
TV: LG OLED48A26LA (2022) OLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV
      Router: EE Smart Hub Plus

SOLVED: Parental control locks were on, with set schedule for wifi pause!

The LG WebOS Plex App will not start without internet access even though the App is used to access local Media from a Plex Sever on the local network.  Samsung, Roku, AppleTV Plex Apps ALL work on the local network playing local Media even if internet access is not available.  This is a dealbreaker. I will NOT purchase anymore LG TV’s unless this issue is corrected.    The app simply states that “Internet is Not Accessible” and will not continue to load.  I don’t care if the internet is not available.  My local network IS available and is all that is needed.

      We have a LG 32lm6300pla.
Software updates has not been on for a long time.
Can any type of bluetooth headphone be connected to the LG 32lm6300pla?
Or are strict bluetooth headphones required?
