If your using a smart TV then it wont work as its a program you need to down load and the TV as you know does not support down loading, i use a PC for this.

It is also the reason you can't upgrade your search engine and this is a problem LG needs to fix! as Google are no longer supporting some search engines and sites, this means we will be unable to access Gmail and Youtube accounts and many other things.

Google and LG need to get together and get it sorted......

      New user on here. 
      I bought this new TV last week and it is honestly driving me bananas. 
      When I click "Home" after using an App, etc, it brings me to the WebOS interface but then automatically selects the last used device (e.g. Fire stick, LG Channels, etc) despite me not wanting it to. 
      Is it possible to disable this, i.e. "Home" brings me to WebOS and stays there? I'm sure its a setting etc which I'm missing. 
      Device is LG UQ91 43 inch 4K Smart UHD TV, pretty sure its all up to date.

      I have recently purchased an LG 43UH610T television.  I am located in Bali, Indonesia.  Everything seems to be working fine, but when I click on any of the options, such as LGTV, YouTube etc, it tells me I must first consent to the LG Smart TV user agreement.  However, I then get a message saying "Unable to load user agreements - a server error has occurred ......"
      Can you help?

      Hi, I've just bought an OLED G2 83. It's all working fine but I cannot get any apps or login to my LG account on it. I can login on my phone and can connect to the TV on that. However, when I try and install any apps, the TV says that I need to sign into my LG account. When I input my details, I get 'The email address that you entered has already been registered with Facebook account. Do you want to login with Facebook Account?' Clicking on OK just takes me back to 'Sign in on TV LG Account Sign In' so I am stuck in the same circle.
      I have tried to reset my password through the LG site but, as I am in Portugal, I am getting a message saying that you cannot use social media sites to login in that country.

      What should I do?

      I recently switched from Comcast to RCN, and the LG Magic Remote does not now control the set-top box. (This is a 2020 or so LG OLED TV). I have gone to the Device Connection Settings in the Connection Menu, and when I click Universal Control Settings, all it shows me is my Sonos soundbar. The Dashboard doesn't seem to give me access to the set-top box either. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?
