I have a LG 65QNED92AUA tv that has issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping off when connected to my earbuds. I believe the issue to be software related. LG has sent 2 technicians out to repair and the first technician changed the main board and Bluetooth transmitter which did not resolve the issue.
There are similar issues with Bluetooth Connection from others.
Since hardware replacement didn’t help and this is a known software-pattern issue, I would like push LG to specifically address it at the firmware/webOS level. I am unable to escalate to their software team and check if there’s a known patch or beta firmware for the QNED92 line.
For some reason this line of questioning is not available with in LG customer service.
Please help!

I have noticed a problem with webOS, i have С4 OLED and G5 OLED - and all of them running videos on youtube at low 1080p or no higher that 1440p with 50/60p - and i don't understand why.. everywhere else is fine, but on webOS is 50/50 i tried every codec possible and everytime my videos stuck on 1080p or 1440p - it's a problem! please fix it!
PS everything is fine if i upload 4k25p or 4k30p
PSS it's a problem only on webOS - on PC or android everything is OK.

Question
James Toole
Hi everyone, I’m new on here and just trying to figure out what is going on with my TV. It’s a 65” E8 that I purchased new back in March of last year. I never really had any issues until recently (a month or so). I updated the OS as usual and honestly didn’t pay much attention until the next day I was attempting to login to WebOS and I keep getting “LG CONTENT STORE: Content is unavailable. No content”. I always keep it updated and had Geek Squad do a calibration on it about 3 months ago; which is why I can tell the picture isn’t the same. I called LG for assistance and was told that they could send a technician out but if it wasn’t a hardware issue; even though it is under warranty I would be responsible for the cost. Which they didn’t know how much it’d be. All the info says that my updates are current but the picture quality isn’t what it was like previously, the apps on the home page are similar yet different and several apps aren’t working anymore at all. Lastly I now can’t access the apps download page. Attempts to login to WebOS gives me a “can’t access at this time “ notification... every time. Any ideas? How much is a home visit usually if I have to pay? For the price I paid I sure seem to be having a lot of issues and still being under warranty.
Thanks,
James T.
