Apologies for what might be a newbie question.  I have a 55" Nanocell 80 series TV.  I've used it for, among other things, casting FloSports from my iPhone.    This always worked well and was much more stable than Roku, which kept throwing me out of the app.  I go into the FloSports app on my phone, it prompts me for the casting output, I choose [LG] webOS TV NANO80UPA.  Until now, it has always worked.

Last night, out of nowhere, I got an Error Code -201.  I looked it up:  Unable to Load, Server Certificate has expired or is not yet valid as the set time on TV is different from the current time.  Please check time settings.  I checked.  Time settings are correct.  It was suggested that my Internet speed may be lacking, but other apps like YouTube work just fine.  Another tip was to ensure I had the most current software patch.  Apparently, I do (03.33.11.)  Googling it suggests that this is a YouTube error but, again, YouTube is OK.  AirPlay is not.

      Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

Hi. I have an LG OLED TV that I originally bought while living in the UK. Specifically, it’s model OLED65B8SLC. When I relocated back to the US, I shipped the TV home as well. I’ve since picked up a service remote and changed my original country code of 3123 (UK) to 1792 (US). Oddly, while everything else seemed to update just fine, it still shows HW settings are EU, despite the location in the menu as now showing as the US. Also, the continent index is 0, when I know it should be 10. This leads to no broadcast country being shown in the location menu. I’ve tried every US country code from 1792 to 1919, and none of them seem to change this. Are there any other possible US country codes anyone might know of worth trying? I’ve attached photos of my current location menu, along with how it looked before. Thanks.

      Hi,

I was tying to change the settings on our LG TV to enable it for HD channel reception. We found instructions on the net to configure the "area option" in the hidden menu, however, they did not work. So, we thought that we need to change the country group to be able to receive the HD channels. Although we could not change the "country group code" from 20 to an arbitrary number, we change it to 10. After that, we have not been able to change it anymore. It is struck there. I know this is ridiculous, but an LG TV expert who is working in LG customer services told us that I could not change it either and we need to replace the IC. I shocked why with a simple change in one of the TV parameters, everything is got complicated.

In details, here is the picture of the parameters currently set on the LG TV with the model number of 49LH549V-TD:

Please tell me why I could not set the "country group code" to 20 once again? It is gray meaning that is unchangeable. Any ideas will be appreciated.

      Best regards
      Alizadeh
