I'm trying to open up a web browser on our new 43UM750 OPLA set. On this webos site the instructions are clear "To open the web browser click on the home button on the remote, and select the button on the screen that appears as 3 diagonal dashes" they start.
But when I push my home button, there is no sign of those three dashes.
What am I doing wrong? Or are those instructions out of date? Or is there something not mentioned there that I need to do to make those three dashes appear?

Dear LG
I am using your production is Smart TV
Model: 32LM6690-TC
Software version: 04.42.08
Browser version: V5.00.00.r5780
with this browser, I can't watch any movies or video from any web, ex: youtube.com ect.....
Any solution to get the update version of browser?
I have an LG smart TV OLED65G36LA (LG OS v03.20.17, webOS TV version 8.20.0-710) , and the Prime Video App was no longer able to update (from Dec 2025) and therefore could no longer be used.
I have tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, and that was unable to work, so then applied a full reset on the LG TV and so had to reinstall all of my other apps (Apple TV, Netflix, etc etc) which all successfully downloaded so confirmed network connections and setup are all confirmed working.
When I try to download the Prime Video app, it remains stuck on the download screen and is unable to update.
Thanks
Model: OLED55BX3LB
WebOS ver: 5.6.0-1001 (jhericurl-jimna)
Viewing videos from
link hidden, please login to view was fine up to about one month ago. I do not know if there was an upgrade, but videos from that site cannot be played any longer on this tv.
From the same wifi network (home network) videos from that site play fine to a number of devices (Android phones, 2 win11 laptops, 1 win10 laptop).
Adjusted all browser settings (JavaScript, cookies), cleared cookies, cleared all browser data and history.
No updates available to download
Finally, reset to factory settings but still videos from cannot be played on the tv set.
I have recently purchased an LG 55QNED86 television. I am located in Iran. Everything seems to be working fine, but when I click on any of the options, it tells me I must first consent to the LG Smart TV user agreement. However, I then get a message saying "Unable to load user agreements - a server error has occurred ......"
Can you help?
Videos from certain websites are unable to play on browser after latest update to webOS 5.50.55. In the first image there should be a play icon on the video player
