JioTV won’t be coming to any tv streaming platform as it would be bundled with JioGigafibre’s Giga TV, (just as airtel tv comes with airtel’s smart stb); they would never release a tv version , not in the near future;no smart tv has it, nor any android tv. It has to be sideloaded even on firestick as well and doesn’t function properly.

Jio Cinema is different and is available on other platforms but no clue if its under development for WebOS.

As far as Sony LIV is concerned, it is under development as per Sony but no expected date has been given.  It maybe released next month or the end of the year, no one knows.

The best way to get these and many other apps is to get a firestick. Even if these apps are released for LG they might not support many older tv’s, just like with hotstar.

      changing the region made all the apps unavailable

      I bought LG smart tv. for some reason region selected was Africa and could only choose from african countries and had very little available apps in content store. I live in Georgia, so figured that  changing region to EU would help so changed it to 3122 and selected service country UK because Georgia was not in the list. after that every app says that it is not available in current country. I have  default region code saved so I guess could go back but wondering if any one can help me to get it working in EU. or if anyone have region code in which Georgia is available it will be helpful as well.

      No apps will work - "check network connection, connection to the server is unstable -102" even though network is fine

      Title says it all.  Install a new 50 inch LG tv.  For every app and App Store it displays that message.  I have a great network and the TV is approx 30 feet from the wifi router.  It will play TV (not sure if that is coming over the air) and the phone app sees and can control the TV but not one app will work?
      Any ideas or just return it?

      APPS Tile Missing From LG TV WebOs - 2019 model

      Already tried turning the TV off and on and unplugging for 10 minutes.
      There is no APPS tile in the horizontal tile row, so I can't load a third-party app like MLB.TV.
      No luck with the WebOs tile, or the LG Content Store.
      When I try the LG Content Store, and click on Apps inside that, I am only offered pre-loaded apps - 600 or so, but no MLB.TV.
      Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

      Hey why is JioTV+ app not available on LG's app store? It's already available on other os
      In have brought the tv paying 1lakh. But a simple basic app is not available

      Just taken receipt of my new G5 series TV and I can't see ITVx, 4OD or Channel 5 apps on the LG app store.
