Hey Nikhil, your problem seems to be with the WiFi circuit of the TV.  But before that just try to reset your TV to factory setting. If it resolves your problem then good. You are not the only one facing this issue.

If resetting does not solve the issue then I suggest you call LG service and ask the guy to change the WiFi circuit.

There have been several threads about this issue, which may be a a fatal  flaw in LG Smart TVs. Here’s the rundown of solutions:

1. Unplug TV, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Go to Settings/Network and see if any WiFi networks are listed. Pick your home network and enter network password if necessary. If that doesn’t work.......

2. Go to Settings/General and select Time &Date - set it to manual. Turn TV off and back on. If you don’t get your WiFi back......

3 Go to Settings/General and select Quick Start - turn it off. Turn TV off and back on. If it’s still not working....

4. Purchase a ROKU for $40, it’s simple to set up and is simply better for making your TV able to stream effectively.

Each of the solutions  1-3 above worked temporarily on my TV, but after 2 weeks of fussing around with the LG system, I went the ROKU route, and never looked back.

Is it just me or is the plex app just unusable on webos.  When I try to select dvr items with the magic remote they just don’t play.  I am not sure if this is a plex issue or an lg webos issue.  Anyone know which it is?

My LG G2 bought last November has now started to turn off every 10-15 minutes when gaming on my PS5 which is directly connected.  It also from time to time identifies the PS5 as a different device (Shield TV). Any suggestions on how to fix would be welcome.

I’ve submitted my app in October of last year, it has been reviewed only twice, for issues of LG testing systems I’ve been requested to resubmit the app and every time weeks of waiting.
Is anybody else having similar issues?

I output the sound from my LG 75UJ657A to external speakers through a bluetooth connection, but it doesn't automatically connect to the bluetooth device when I turn the TV on. Whenever I cycle the TV off and, then, back on, the TV asks if I want to connect to the bluetooth device, and I have to select "yes" with the remote. My smart phone automatically connects to all the bluetooth devices I've set it up with. When I start my car, my phone connects automatically to the car stereo/phone system, and it does the same with other bluetooth speakers I have. This is what I want my TV to do.
How do I get my LG 75UJ657A to automatically connect to the bluetooth device I've set up with it?
