LG Content Store won't load (New Zealand)

LG TV Frustration

Question

My TV firmware shows as v4.05.21 and it says it is the latest. Today I tried to use Amazon Prime Video and it says update required so I allow update and it tries to load LG Content Store but after a few seconds it returns to Live TV.

I tried going to the LG Content Store directly and that is not working either.

I don't want to factory reset the TV because I think I'll end up not being able to use Netflix or Lightbox as well (if the LG Content Store won't work after factory reset then all my updated apps will stop working too right?)

I checked that all apps are working on my Samsung TV and they do.  So it is definitely an issue with the LG

      Hello,
I regently got the LG 43UF6409 and have been pretty happy with it so far.
When I tried to open netflix or the LG conten store, it's starting to load the user agreements- those could not be loaded due to a server error(loose translation from german). If I retry to load those, it does not load either.
I've reset the TV to factory reset and it gives me the same error. It's connected to the wifi, shows me that it is connected to the internet but still won't load the user agreements.
Also tried to look for software updates (it's 3.20.40)- if I try to look for updates, it could not find any.

Everytime when we are watching a program we like very much.
Suddenly appears on the left side of the screen some Recommended content.
It takes too great part of the screen, and besides that the content it shows is not what we like too.
I closed my account on the telly, but still it shows up every day.
I can not find a solution for it.

      Hi there,
      i have an 65oled9flb (webos).

i want to install the app IPTV Smarters Player but i cannot find it in the content store.

I tried different country's for LG Services to obtain it but no one worked.

      Any one an idea?

I read that there are different apps in the store regarding what tv you have and which region you are. Does anyone have more information about that? Maybe they didn't support oled tvs or i don't know what else could be the reason.
