This appears to be a common problem with webOS, I believe (look elsewhere on the forum for confirmation) that is you can use your phone as a hotspot, connect the TV to the phone you will then be able to go through the procedure to accept the user agreement.  After that you will be able to go back to a 'normal' network connection.

Sir, if you have any solution to this problem then plz provide....i m not getting any solution to this problem from anywhere...
