How to retrieve my pin code and unable to run web browser

Question

How to retrieve my  pincode and unable to run web browser in my smart TV showing message not enough memory.i did all home before posting this message ( like I cleared all browser history,cookies cache and un wanted  apps also) but still no help.

Have you tried shutting it off and turning it back on again?
