Time machine - PVR question

mamabile

Question

I currently have a very old LG tv... the LG 47LB2DE

One thing I really like about the tv, is the PVR feature.  It automatically on when you turn on whilst watching digital viewing.

i.e you don't need to do anything to turn it on.

With the latest and greatest LG tv's.  Is PVR automatically on -- or do I have to continuously flick a switch every time to turn it on.

I have an LG Smart TV and I wanted to watch the US open tennis final live from Spain.  I subscribed to Eurovision to get access to the game, but then I couldn’t find the Eurovision app on my TV.   Where is it?  How else could I have watched the live tennis?

I have a LG TV model 55EG9A7T and I have been trying to connect my sennheiser bluetooth headphones using the wireless sound sync for the longest time but it is not able to find the device under available devices.
I tried to call in LG tech support - but no one seems sure whether only LG brand headphones are supported.
Does anyone know if only LG headphones are supported?

      Hello,
I recently got a 32LB650V from LG Hellas as replacement of my old 32LM620A where it had a serious damage that coldn't be repaired.
      Nice move from LG but....
The new WebOS for the moment is a crap compared to the old menu.
In the old menu i had:
LG Premium with lot's of goodies
LG Smart World where it was full of apps of anykind and i could find anything i want.
LG 3D World with nice short movies, cartoons and documentaries in 3D.
Where are all these in WebOS????????

Now i have only youtube, facebook and 2-3 other useless stuff.

OK the panel's quality is better, sound is better, the configuration menu is OK, but where are all the other things that made me buy my old 32LM620A????????

During powercuts my ISP logs me out of account , so when I try to access TV it just says network error instead of asking me to login to my ISP Provider .
It would be convenient if we could login to the ISP account on TV itself instead of relying on another device .

      Hello,

After updating on 05.60.15 i have popping sound on all three hdmi ports.  I tried several different HDMI cables but it reappears when connected to the receiver. When I watch netflix or internet the sound is fine.
Is there a problem with the update or something is wrong with the TV? I repeat before the update the sound was great.
