Voice command keeps asking for postcode

I have a 49UF850V and am in the UK. It has been updated to the latest firmware. If I try to use the voice command feature to change channel e.g. Go to bbc1 HD, it says that I need to provide a postcode to use the feature. If I click on ok there is no field to enter a postcode. I cannot see anywhere in the settings to enter one either. I already provided my postcode when scanning for channels during the initial TV setup. Voice command works OK for apps such as YouTube. Any ideas?

      I love the Always Ready feature on my LG C3. I've configured it to include the beautiful wallpaper options and it works great with the LG remote.
      However, I use a Chromecast remote to control my TV and my Chromecast together. I've configured the Chromecast power button to control the TV's power. Unfortunately, the Chromecast remote's power button turns the TV off instead of switching it to Always Ready mode.
      LG support agent told me the Chromecast remote is "probably not fully compatible" with the feature.
      Does anyone here have a solution?
      If not, it would be great if someone from LG put this in as a feature request.

      So I've probably pressed something on the remote to cause this, but if I switch channels to say BBC1, the channel name banner will stay on the screen instead of disappearing. Holding the back button makes it go away, but don't want to do that all the time. Any ideas?

      Some tutorials explain how to do it. 
      We first need to root the TV with scripts such as RootMyTV, and then install dts_restore. 
      Both tools are free and available at github.  
      I'm not writing the links because I don't know if it's allowed in this forum and because I take no responsibility. 
       
      My question is:
      Has anybody tried this process? Does it work? 
      The documentation says if you have any problem you can just factory reset the TV, but I don't dare to do it.
