LGTV Smart Share Shuffle Video Playback [Feature Request]

It would be nice to have an ability to play video (not only?) content from folder in shuffle mode.

Yep a shuffle mode to play videos randomly would be great.

 

Sony has it, i really don't understand why LG doesn't propose this option by default.

 

Hope it will be integrated to LG web/os soon!

Agree this would be a very useful feature. I would use it for playing random music video files (was using Kodi which has had this feature for years).

But it's four years since this feature was requested, so how about it LG?

Unless you it has actually been suggested the official LG contact form then it is likely that nothing will ever happen:

This is purely a user-to-user forum, and yes while you can make feature requests it still requires that you also make that same suggestion direct to LG.  The main reason for posting a suggestion here is so that other users can say to themselves that your idea is a good one and also use the LG contact form to show their support.

Yep. Wishing I could shuffle music videos.

The media player does not give you much options. 🥲

It's a fkn joke that this feature hasn't been implemented by now, or wasn't even implemented by default.

Talk about pissing on consumers heads.

Will have to think long and hard about which brand of TV I purchase next time around.
