Hi,
I've recently bought a 65QNED913PA TV (currently with latest official software) and I connected my Bluetooth headset to it - Jabra Elite 85t. Whenever I try to use pause button on my headset (while watching YouTube, Netflix, Disney,...) sound gets muted, but video does not pause. When I push the button again sound comes back and nothing else happens. Should my TV support pausing video from my headset or this does not work by default?
Regards
Maciej

CBS Catchup, Discovery+, POP player, and UKTV Play always need updating. Even seconds after you just updated them. It started doing this a few days ago.
Who can I contact to get this fixed?
Since the "apps need updating" notification now always appears when I switch the TV on, I now have no way of telling if anything really does need updating other than going into the LG content store, clicking Apps, clicking My Apps, and visually checking.

My magic remote and my Roku remote stopped working for turning off power so I performed a factory reset after troubleshooting to get the remote working. I am now stuck at the 1st screen of the Factory Reset which says "Press the OK Button(wheel) on your remote." Well... this really stinks because the remote doesn't work!!! I have tried a USB mouse, a new magic remote, other LG Remotes with no luck. I have also tried using the button on the bottom of the tv. And, I contacted support which was just an exercise in redoing everything I had already tried... No Luck!!
This is a Nano Cell 55NANO81ANA which is basically just a big brick now since I cannot even use any of the inputs. Does anyone have a trick for getting past this initial screen???
Thanks for the help.

Hi!
I have a 49SK7900PLA TV and the remote has seen better days...
I am wondering if I can pair it with the new AN-MR22GN remote that costs half the price of an AN-MR20GA (the one that I currently have).
TV is running software version 06.10.30

Hi - My LG television is currently being bombarded by my toddler messing with the physical control panel, mainly for the volume. Separate to this, I always like to have an Android-enabled remote as I don't always have the physical remote at my side.
As I did with my old Samsung television prior to upgrading, I disabled the physical buttons on the television using Hotel Mode. I did it on my LG and it was perfectly fine... Until I went to use the LG ThinQ Android app. What followed was days of head scratching why suddenly my LG app was not working - In the end because a few days had passed, my toddler wasn't interested in the non-working physical buttons, I decided to play around with the Hotel Mode - This is when I found that there was a direct conflict between the Android app and Hotel Mode being enabled.
I tried on a different phone with the same results. However toddler has once again realised the physical buttons work - So in the process of pulling out my hair. I did have another remote app which worked well on my Samsung television, but LG seemed to have nixed it on support so I cannot use the third party app.
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel??

Question

Should we always press the Voice Recognition button on the remote control to start using this feature? What about an active listening voice recognition feature? Isn't it possible in 42LB6500 model?
