  2. I have been running 5.00.55 for two days now and all audio issues with ARC are fixed. this is tested on a 60LB7500.
  3. No I haven't I just assumed they would of been inundated with complaints from around the world
  4. Yah mine is the Harmony hub so same setup as yours just down to one button press.
  5. Yeah I just set up a macro, one button press turns off simplink then turns it straight back on.
  6. The solution I use (if you use a Harmony remote) is I programmed a button to turn simplink off then on again which fixes the issue for a while.
  7. Yep me to, had happened about 3 times today. It switches over to TV speakers.
  8. It is a setting, go to audio setting, sound out and change digital sound out to "auto".
  9. Plex is working fine with the lite version. It is different form the Webos 2.0.
  10. I did a factory reset twice, same results. Netflix, Plex, FTA TV, all two channel.
  11. For some stupid reason I upgraded to the 5.00.15 update and have lost multi channel over Arc again should have just left it alone.

  13. Mine, 60LB7500 5.00.04, Using simplink ARC to a Harman Kardon Amp,Also have HBB TV turned on,Internet is via Ethernet, Always do a reset after installing. I have no issues at all, just lucky i guess
  14. So it looks like this is the big update everyone has been waiting for.
  15. I have the same TV running 5.00.04 without these issues, did you factory reset after installing the update?
  16. Hey Demonrider, I also use ARC to my receiver and have never had this error, Are you 100% it is a FW issue? I would assume you have tried all the basic troubleshooting if you have contacted LG before. Let me know if there is a way to replicate the issue and I can try it on my end.
  17. You can switch to Aus then update then switch back to NZ, and i was on 04.65.05 aswell.
  18. There is no way they would have a different version for AUS and NZ would not make any sense
