  1. My settings are all correct: Location, Region and Language and time and date! YouTube was working correctly up to two weeks ago, then it changed. Logging in to YouTube on Android phone with the same credential, does not give the same problem. I'm not sure if this might be the problem, but I'm sure its relevant, after a recent LG TV update, whenever the TV reboots, it gives a message that the YouTube app certificates are outdated. I then noticed that the TV does not update the date and time automatically, even though its set to Set Automatically. If it was a Google problem, then the Android YouTube app would also display the wrong characters. Please rectify ASAP - it's very annoying!
  2. I also need to clear cache. There must be a way! Question is, where to find it and how?
  3. Similar problem No sound coming from the SoundBar which is connected to ARC. After numerous trials with LG support, even changed the TV, I ascertained the following: A connected device - Pace HD PVR (set-up-box) causes the arc sound to misbehave and no sound is sent to the SoundBar. If you disconnect it, the arc and SoundBar work perfectly. I bought a new ethernet HDMI cable to try and hopefully this will solve the problem. No seems to understand and know why the Pace HD PVR causes this problem. Hope this helps.
  4. Thanks for the info. LG's memory management is weird to say the least. That is why I suppose the browser switches off while streaming movies and says it has run out of memory even if you've deleted the History and Cache. Why offer the feature if they can't provide enough memory? You can't delete apps either to free up space that you don't want.
  5. Sounds logical, although I wish It was not so and was able to be upgraded. Do you perhaps know what should be the available internal storage? Mine is only 0.15/0.62GP? Thanks
  6. Definitely not.TV lists WebOs as 3.3.3-4305 (dreadlocks-dhar..) Firmware is 5.30.10 I know difference between the two!
  7. How do I upgrade my version of webOs 3.3.3-4305 to webOs 3.5 for LG49UH770 TV?
