It's November 2017 and my lg has started to have the same issue. Web browser keeps crashing and displays message to the effect that it needs to close to free up more memory. Come on lg fix the problem

I have recently bought the 55UJ670V MODEL and updated to the latest software and the problem is still there. I spoke to LG support UK who advised me to press and hold the reset button to to clear memory and that will clear the problem, I said I have already done it tell me of some other fix and she hung up the phone!
