Hi!
I own a OLED65C8PUA 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV and it seems to be suddenly freezing when a commercial starts on a LG channel. I've unplugged the TV, hold down the start button, restarted to clean out the cache. I even restarted the whole system where it deletes most of the apps and all your picture and internet settings. Still getting this freeze during ADS between the LG channel presentations (be it the 80's, 90's, Love Boat channels, etc.) Anyone else have this problem? I'm kind of at a loss of what to do next.

The LG Micro RGB evo represents a significant evolution in Micro RGB technology: it uses OLED precision to control each of the RGB LED backlights, bringing 13 years of LG OLED’s technical excellence to the RGB category. The engine driving this performance is the newly upgraded Dual AI Engine-based α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen 3, which features Dual Super Upscaling to simultaneously process two types of AI upscaling. This enhances sharpness while delivering natural and balanced images that offer the highest level of clarity and immersion.
This immense processing power enables RGB Primary Color Ultra, a breakthrough that delivers a full spectrum of color reproduction. Driven by this technology, LG Micro RGB evo achieves an outstanding range, certified by Intertek for 100 percent color gamut coverage in BT.2020, DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB – the highest possible color reproduction. This offers optimal accuracy for everything from digital editing and HDR cinema to next-generation display technologies.
Complementing this color perfection is Micro Dimming Ultra, orchestrating more than a thousand dimming zones with exceptional accuracy. It achieves high contrast performance among LCD TVs, pinpointing brightness and color control to reveal intricate details in both dark and bright scenes.

In mid-October, London once again became the global epicenter of artistic inspiration as Frieze London 2025 filled the city with creative energy and cultural dialogue. At Frieze London 2025, LG presented the renowned abstract ink paintings of Se Ok Suh (1929 -2020), a pioneer of modern Korean ink abstraction, digitally reimagined by his sons – renowned contemporary artist Do Ho Suh and visionary architect Eul Ho Suh.

To translate Se Ok Suh’s artistic vision from ink painting to digital art experience, renowned contemporary artist Do Ho Suh, and visionary architect Eul Ho Suh, closely collaborated to create an immersive spatial arrangement. LG OLED TVs provide the ideal digital canvas to present their vision. Through this partnership, Do Ho gives new life to the beauty and radical inventiveness of Se Ok Suh’s “People” series, animating marks that explore the philosophical relationship between humanity and infinite space.
Presented across multiple LG SIGNATURE OLED T transparent TV and OLED evo TVs, the black ink abstract works are rendered through overlapping video animations, drawing viewers into a compelling narrative that captures the meditative flow of Se Ok Suh’s ink paintings. The innovative capabilities of LG’s transparent OLED screens create a visually striking and immersive experience that will captivate viewers, highlighting the layered interplay and refined lines of Se Ok Suh’s brushwork. “My father often spoke of the infinite universe and space in his work, while he was painting,” said Do Ho Suh. “When I witnessed the moment the LG OLED screen became transparent, it felt as if a two-dimensional picture was transformed into three-dimensional space, revealing the space behind the painting that has been invisible until now.”
