This tip is only for webOS phones

Search in photosIf you have multiple photo galleries on your webOS device, it can be a pain to have to scroll through all of them every time to find the one you are looking for. Luckily, you can use the keyboard to quickly search through the list of galleries just as you would do search your or . From within the Photos app or any app that uses the standard webOS photo picker, you can simply just start typing to filter your gallery listing. You can perform the search using any word within the gallery name, but it has to be at the start of the word. For example, a gallery named "Miscellanous webOS Photos" can be found by searching for "Misc" or "web" or "Phot" but not the "otos" in Photos.

If you want to remove any search criteria that you have entered, you can delete what you typed or you can it away.

      Hi,
the WebOS specs stated that HLS is supported but didn't mention CMAF (or fragmented MP4) support.
Therefore my question if CMAF(HLS)-Encodings are supported?
      Regards
      Riva

      Hi everyone,

Has any of you updated OTA or manually to the latest webOS 2.0 firmware? It was released on June 13th in Europe and it is ver. 4.05.01!
Any new features or performance improvements?

Hey there,  I have had a  OLED55B6P for ten months and I love it but

I have a problem all a sudden, just today it starts to show a black screen with fire works every minutes if I don't press a button on the remote.

I have no eco mode on, no power save modes on, TV firmwire is up to date, and tried turning off on and on the tv.

      anyone know how to fix?

I've got my ThinQ and Google Home apps and Google Home speakers set up to turn off my LG C1.  But they won't turn it on, I guess because the TV isn't listening for commands when off.   I expected that enabling these Settings|General|Devices|TV Management|Quick Start+ Settings|General|Devices|External Devices|TV On With Mobile|Turn on via Wi-Fi would do it, but it did not.
OMG I just discovered that Alexa turns on the TV...and I never even had to open let alone set it up in the Alexa app!
