I have a 42 inch LG OLED evo AI C4 4K Smart TV 2024 with a USE6S soundbar connected via HDMI.
Up until a few days ago, the iPhone app was connected via WiFi. I could use it to control the sound effect.
The sound bar remote could also change the sound effect, and the volume with the volume control visible on the TV screen.
Now the iPhone app does not connect to the soundbar and the remote control doesn't appear to alter the volums: there's no on screen display.
And also, the TV WOWcast output is not 'sticky': that it to say I can select it, and it remains for a time, but drops.

Trying to programme my magic remote to control an Amlogic OTT, however keep getting a ‘temporary issue occurred’ when I try. I’ve been trying for over a week now, so this temporary issue isn’t so temporary!

webOS updated, I think to 2023, on my C2 a couple of days ago. Since then the News option on the Sky News app no longer works, instead timing out. The Weather and Climate options still work, though.
I have deleted and reloaded the Sky News app, but the problem remains.
Does anybody have any suggestions of what I might try to get this working again, or is this something for LG, or Sky, to fix?

New LG 55" C4, Magic Remote STB setup does not provide for Charter/Spectrum Arius STB model DCX3220? This is a current model STB and previous LG models did provide MR setup for this model.

It starts ok but when I select a program it just sits there with the 'wheel' turning. It works ok on my phone and ipad. Have tried updating tv operating system and iview app but they seem to be at the latest version. Anyone else having problems?

Hi, strange thing happened, I have two different LG TV with webOS and each has its own magic remote control. I just found that red cursor disappeared on both TVs and nothing helped: new batteries, unplugging from the socket, re-pairing. I tried to re-pair one of the tv and it did not paired anymore, all buttons work except cursor. When I click the middle button (pointer) it always says trying to register and then this control is not supported by this TV. I have both TVs around 2 years. Looks like a firmware problem but both TVs has different number since they are different types, both has auto update on and both are up to date. One is 65" LG OLED65GX (firmware 4.40.20), the other one is 77" LG OLED77W9PLA (firmware 5.30.11). Any idea?
