Problem with interlaced resolution

Jasmin Rašljanin

Question

I recently bought a UHD tv 65UP75003. I'm not sure, but I think there was a problem after the software upgrade. The TV is connected via an HDMI cable to a DTV receiver that sends 1080i resolution and the problem is in the horizontal line that travels from top to bottom. The line is not visible at progressive resolution. What I did: Reset the TV, receiver, bought a new high speed HDMI cable ...
Please help and what to try next?

I have a mediaplayer connected to my TV OLED55C6V through HDMI. For every video playback the player tries to select an output HDMI signal format automatically depending on both video framerate/resolution and framerate/resolution supported by the connected TV to show the video as close to original as possible with the TV without any scaling. And here I have a problem: the maximum resolution the player selects is 1080p despite of the videofile has resolution 4k and the TV supports playback of the input signal up to 4K60p. I can change the output signal resolution on the player manually after blayback starting and it works, but it's not convenient. As far as I know the only way of getting information about videosignal format supported by TV for the player is EDID on HDMI channel. So is it possible to fix the issue? Maybe some hidden setting in TV could change the version of EDID?

Good evening, I have a Smart LG 24MT49S PZ television and for a few days now I can no longer access the installed apps or the various settings, the television starts the apps and settings for a few seconds and then closes them a few seconds later making me return to the channel I was watching . Since, as specified, even the functions in the television menu are not accessible, it is not even possible for me to try to reset the television, does anyone know how I can proceed? Waiting for your reply, I send you my best regards.

      Hello,
I have purchased a new TV and I'm unable to login to the LG account. Whenever i try i get the error saying : The lg services country information could not be retrieved from the server. Image is attached !
I have registered the TV online on lg.com I tried resetting and rebooting the TV I tried the LG customer service which is pathetic and they just asked to exchange the TV with the retailer ( I don't know what customer service is smoking, if people start replacing TV for every software issue, it will be the end for LG Business)  What else can be done?

      Thanks,
      Tushar

I have. an LG43UQ91006LA.I am having problems with the ITVX app, it keeps buffering as much as 5 times over a 1 hour programme after the buffering I get a banner come up telling me I have a problem with my internet,  but everything else is working the banner disappears after a few seconds and everything works until the next buffering, just wondering if anybody else has the same problem? I have no problems with other apps, BBC I player,Channel4, My5. If I use Amazon Firestick all the channels run smoothly including ITVX.
