Adorned with a geometric-patterned backdrop and trimmings reminiscent of the ‘60s and ‘70s, Vintage Zone offered a look back in time to witness the evolution of LG TVs. In this space, the LG Serie 1 Retro Classic TV with its primitive cathode ray tube (CRT) technology set the mood.

The theme of Artistic Zone alluded to the minimalistic and timeless design of LG’s products, with LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier and LG TONE Free TWS earbuds posing with historical sculptures. Here, visitors could get up close to both the 4K and 8K versions of LG QNED Mini LED TVs, with their bright, vivid colors on flawless display.

And in stark contrast to Artistic Zone, Black Addict Zone communicated a darker, more luxurious look and feel. Here, LG OLED TV and LG UltraFine Display OLED PRO took center stage against the black backdrop, illuminating the space with their self-lit displays.

      hello,
I'm having problems with terrestrial TV broadcasts after installing the (Version 06.10.30) software package. The TV broadcasts that were saved are out of order and the search no longer runs as before. Suddenly the search bar jumps from 0% to 100% and no broadcasts are found. Neither radio nor TV. I have tried 3 DVBT2 antennas and two coax cables to see if that is the problem. But all of them behaved the same way on the TV, which is an LG 60SJ850V-ZA. I also tried a full TV reset but that didn't help. I also had the TV turned off for a longer period of time with no electricity, but it made no difference. The release date of the softer package is in December on the site, for me it appeared on the TV (OTA) around late January - early February. Should I expect a new patch in the near future or should I try a downgrade? Any other advice? Thanks in advance for your replies.
I'm currently buying a DVBT2 TV-BOX to watch the channels that are important to me, it's just a bit funny that I need this for such an "expensive" TV (for me). It is not a modern AI piece, but still...

After more than 25 years of providing people in India with innovative products, LG has become a household name in the country by building its reputation as the top producer of home appliances. Last year, the company was even named by TRA Research as the Most Trusted Brand in the refrigerator and washing machine categories as well as the air conditioner and microwave oven categories, which not only suggests LG India has retained trust and leadership, but also enhanced its portfolio in this vital market.

So, to perform its duties as an industry leader while reaffirming its commitment to the government’s ‘Make in India’ mission, LG has invested a total of approximately 24 million USD to open a new manufacturing line for its premium side-by-side refrigerators in Pune, India.

Launched in 2014 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the ‘Make in India’ initiative encourages companies to manufacture products in India in an effort to transform the nation into a global design and manufacturing hub. With the Indian government hopeful of this move being a game changer for the local economy, many companies have already announced their strong support for the movement. For LG, it’s been less of a dramatic shift in production as the company is already manufacturing most of its products at two plants located in Pune and Greater Noida, India.

Adding a new line to LG’s Pune facility is not only a step forward for transforming India’s self-reliance for the better, but also for addressing the country’s growing consumer demand and expanding the company’s portfolio here. Last year, the United Nations reported that India is set to surpass China as the world’s most populous country in 2023. Moreover, according to

Powered by its demographic advantage, some analysts say that India has the potential to become one of the world’s largest economies in terms of purchasing power. Strengthening LG’s position as the top home appliance maker, this initiative will give a welcome boost to the brand’s product leadership.
Equipped with advanced technologies and machineries, the upgraded Pune campus can produce 200,000 side-by-side refrigerator units every year as well as a large number of double-door and single-door refrigerators.

To celebrate the occasion, LG held an offline event on January 17 with Lee Hyun-uk, senior vice president and head of the Kitchen Solution business unit of LG Electronics Home Appliance and Air Solution Company, Jeon Hong-ju, managing director at LG Electronics India, Ji Hyoung-sub, director of Home Appliances & Air Conditioners at LG Electronics India, as well as other senior executives, influential journalists and representatives of key trade partners.

Here, attendees could witness the unveiling of side-by-side refrigerators manufactured in India and enjoy an exclusive tour of the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Also, the local manufacturing line has not gone unnoticed by the Government of India. In a letter addressed to LG India, Shri Piyush Goyal, the Minister of Commerce & Industry, praised the company for aligning so well with the ‘Make in India’ initiative and commended it for its strong contribution towards a ‘New India.’

LG is confident that with its skilled workforce and advanced technologies, the newest manufacturing line in Pune will contribute to the success of the ‘Make in India’ initiative as it delivers its cutting-edge refrigerators to more consumers nationwide.

Hi, my needs are to show the video stream of the baby's room on LG TV, I've searched a lot for an RTSP player without success, there are lot of limitations on LG webos, unfortunately, but I succeed using a PC with Serviio and the native browser of the TV, it works but plays vide with about 20 seconds of delay.
I don't now how to reduce this buffering, in this way I can't promptly go to him before he commits something dangerous, there is anything I can do to reduce buffering? Any news out about a player which supports RTSP? (like VLC). Than you

The latest trends in mobility focus on the unique driving experiences the latest cars can provide. This comes down to consumers valuing the journey more as an important part of their daily lifestyle. In 2022, building a vehicle that provides comfort and new driving experiences contributes to its competitiveness in the market. One such technology that provides new experiences is the in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system.

In-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system combines the words ‘information’ (navigation, speedometer, etc.) and ‘entertainment’ (movies, music, games and social media). The best IVI systems introduce fun and interesting ways to enhance the driving experience that go way beyond notifications.
Considering that the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are primary contact points between the product and customer, their ease of use, speed and intuitiveness are more important than ever. With this in mind, LG Electronics is developing infotainment technology that brings new value to drivers and passengers.

In 2020, the Pivi Pro IVI system, jointly developed by LG and Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), was , a renowned European non-profit automobile reviewer.

Since then, LG has been constantly improving its IVI systems which, in partnership with JLR, are the most intuitive and seamless to date. To get a better idea of just how exceptional they are, let’s discuss the five main benefits of the LG IVI system featured in the iconic Land Rover Defender.

      Multi-device connection
Unlike AVNs (Audio, Video, Navigation), which only support a single connection, LG’s infotainment technology supports two connections at once so passengers can connect their smartphone using a hotspot to perform two separate actions on the vehicle’s AVN screen and smartphone screen simultaneously.

After connecting a device to the Defender’s AVN, passengers can stream music from their device via the AVN while watching YouTube on their portable screen. Basically, the driver can play music while the passenger watches YouTube with one smartphone. AVN supports other multitasking operations such as running a car software update as the navigation app works on the smartphone.
      Personalized screen per user

On the road, we often find ourselves sharing the cabin with family members or work colleagues with different interface preferences. That’s why the LG IVI system lets you create multiple user accounts on the AVN so that everyone’s ideal screen layout is just a few presses away.

Land Rover Defender’s AVN UI for selecting and adding user profiles
After selecting an account, the user’s personal wallpaper, playlist and recent destinations are displayed on screen. This feature is ideal for cars driven by more than one person.
      As easy as a smartphone

On the screen, users can even launch apps as they would on a smartphone, making it much easier to access online media stored on the Cloud. What’s more, its easy-to-use UI sports unique fonts, an intuitive menu layout and optimized menu structure let them access the menu instantly. And editing apps is easier and more intuitive too, meaning the layout and order of apps can be adjusted to one’s liking with ease.

Selecting apps to display on the Land Rover Defender’s AVN home screen
Single Sign-In eliminates the hassle of logging in multiple times for different apps as it permits users to log into their account once for complete app access. It’s the perfect example of the seamless experience, where the seamless smartphone experience is extended to the car.
      Safe and secure
When leaving your car with a valet attendant, being logged into a profile on the AVN gives that person access to sensitive information, including home addresses and contacts – a serious security risk.

To protect consumers’ personal information, Valet Mode password-protects the screen to prevent any unwanted access, perfect for when hiring a driver or lending a car to a friend.
      Customizable cluster screen

The vehicle’s cluster provides key information like the speedometer, warning indicators, maps and other driving-related information. The driver can even enlarge one of these indicators to enhance its visibility or even display something in its full screen mode.

The IVI system developed by LG Electronics for Jaguar Land Rover can be found in various models, both internal combustion models and electric vehicles. LG’s goal is to provide more consumers around the world with the benefits of its IVI systems by bringing them to more premium automakers.
