SEOUL, Oct. 23, 2025 — LG Electronics (LG), a global leader in mobility technology, has joined SDVerse, the automotive industry’s first B2B marketplace dedicated to software. By introducing its LG AlphaWare portfolio of software solutions to the platform, LG aims to support automakers and suppliers in accelerating the transition to software-defined vehicles (SDVs).
SDVerse, founded in 2024 by General Motors, Magna and Wipro, is the first global B2B marketplace for automotive software. Designed as a “matchmaking” platform for software buyers and sellers, SDVerse shifts away from the traditional “captive” development model to one that promotes transparency, efficiency and collaboration across the value chain. Sellers can list their software solutions, while buyers can easily search, compare and explore offerings to find the right solutions.

Up until a few days ago my TV and AVR have been working perfectly since I bought it.
Zero hassles with HDMI and connectivity.
Then I was prompted to update to the latest software version which I did and now often when I switch HDMI (running on 1) it picks up the device name, CEC works but I get “No Signal”… and then nothing.
Just stays on “No Signal”. It is almost as if some HDMI handshake breaks and now the driver is in a broken state.
I’ve found that if I hard power off and power on the device sometimes works but I don’t want to do that every time especially since it’s hard to get to the power.
This really strikes me as a software issue with the latest update as absolutely nothing else has changed in my setup.
I’ve tried:

SEOUL, April 14, 2025 —LG Electronics (LG), a mobility sector technology leader, has been honored at General Motors’ (GM) 33rd annual Supplier of the Year event in Arizona, USA, earning the coveted title of “Creativity Team Award” for redefining in-vehicle entertainment and connectivity.

The iF Design Award, held annually in Germany, is considered one of the world’s top industrial design competitions, alongside the Red Dot Award and the International Design Excellence Award (IDEA). The iF Design Award recognizes significant achievements in design across nine categories: Product, Communication, User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Packaging, Interior Architecture, Professional Concept, Architecture and Service Design.
