LG OLED65C2AUA.
webOS TV version webOS25/10.2.2-61. up to date.
software version 33/22.95 up to date.
whenever I watch Netflix it freezes indiscriminately. Once it happened at minute 1:29 of a movie although it can happen at any time. the Netflix error message says to restart which I do but the issue persists. it is to the point where it is unwatchable. however, when I watch it through Firestick it is fine. Other TV's do not have the issue so I am thinking it is something with the TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the TV. I have powered down the TV. I have reset the router. I am wired with ethernet so not using wifi. any help would be appreciated to fix this issue.

I’ve noticed today that my TV is blocking content from my YouView box, which I use to view terrestrial TV. After a few seconds of watching Channel 4 (UK) the screen goes black and the message “this device does not support channels delivered by the internet”. I can still hear the channel underneath. I can see the channel perfectly for a while before this message so I am confident it is not the YouView box. This box is tuned via an aerial, though is also connected to the internet to allow for some catch up functions.
How can I stop this? I have tried turning off what tracking settings I can find. Why is the TV allowed to block content?

Hi,
I have my LG 4K Smart TV -Model : 43UJ632T.
I could not able to use the Wireless Keyboard ( Logitech K230) with Builtin Apps like Youtube, Amazon Prime or in Netflix to search. I could able to use only thru Magic Remote.
But the same Keyboard is working fine in Google Movies & SunNXT apps.
Could you please help me in fixing the same.
Thanks,
Sriram.

Hi,
My problem is that my Netflix app on my LG tv (OLED65B13LA) keeps selecting the leftmost button, it's impossible to scroll the cursor to the right to select another button. I tried resetting the tv to factory defaults - after installing Netflix again the issue is exactly the same.
I also tried disconnecting the tv from power for a few minutes. Plus I contacted Netflix, but they said I need to contact TV manufacturer before they log a possible bug in the app :/.
My Amazon Prime app works perfectly fine on the same tv.
Any thoughts?

Question
Bruno Moya
Hello everyone, hope you can help me!
I have this tv model : 55UB850V-ZD . On Tuesday Netflix app stopped playing titles first telling me the "this title is not available for playing" if I tried again it got stuck sometimes at 20 and others to 24%. I have tried everything from switching off and on the TV , removing it from the power source for 60 seconds and 3 minutes as well, resetting the TV , getting out of my account and sign-in again even contacting Netflix which told me it was a hardware/software issue and that I should contact LG and LG telling me it is a Netflix issue.
One of the strange things I have seen as well is that when I get out of Netflix and enter my hdmi4 for example screen goes black and my TV gets blocked and I need to turn it off an on again, this does not happen with all the other apps that I have tested and work perfectly.
Sorry for such a long text, hope you can help me out.
Cordially
Bruno
