Wireless Keyboard Not working with LG Apps like Youtube, Amazon Prime & Netflix

Hi,

I have my LG 4K Smart TV -Model : 43UJ632T.

I could not able to use the Wireless Keyboard ( Logitech K230) with Builtin Apps like Youtube, Amazon Prime or in Netflix to search. I could able to use only thru Magic Remote. 

But the same Keyboard is working fine in Google Movies & SunNXT apps.

Could you please help me in fixing the same.

The issue is unthinkable... Same issue here. Why would I buy a tv keyboard if it doesn't work on YouTube in 2020?

It is 2024 and the problem is still there (first reported in 2016 or so). LG knows about hardware but seem to be complete amateurs in software. Worst of all, they do not seem to be learning, not being able to fix such a trivial problem in 8 (EIGHT) years.
