HDMI problem in LG32LB560V-ZN

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I would like your help in a problem I am facing with my LG Smart TV, model 32LB650V.

I entered the Service Menu (Instart & Adjust) and I was looking for a setting so I could unlock the bluetooth of the TV so I could use third party bluetooth headsets. Of course I did not find anything about it and out of stupidity I must have changed some other setting and since then none of the HDMI ports working!!! Unfortunately I did not take a picture before I "tweaked" the settings and so now I do not know how to make the HDMI ports work again. While it detects all 3 ports for me normally, when I connect something to them they do not detect any signal.
I went back to the above menus to see if I could find which setting I had changed, but unfortunately I could not find it. I also noticed that in the Instart menu, in field 6. EDID: and in the HDMI ports (attached photos) it says "NG". I guess that means that for some reason they do not work ....
Can someone help me with the above problem. Is there a setting that I need to change or did it just happen and all the HDMI ports broke (while they were working before) at the very same time that I had the STUPID idea to "tease" settings that I did not know ???

I have a 48" OLED (Model: OLED48A26LA).  after updating to software version 13.30.61 the Sky New Live feed just displays "There was a problem with this video [timeout]".  It worked perfectly before the TV software upgrade.
Ive reinstalled the Sky News app but still doesnt work.  wifi etc is all ok.
      Any ideas?

My LG 50 inch Model: 50NANO75UPA HDMI Arc stopped working with my Vizio soundbar. It worked very well when I first connected it until this morning. I purchased an extended warranty, but is there a known solution before I send out for help? It is definitely the LG Tv, and not the soundbar because I used to have a Samsung soundbar, which worked only for about a week before the HDMI Arc stopped working and I switched over to the Optical. Now even the Optical does not work That's why I bought a Vizio.

      Hello,
I have a problem with the subtitles when I try to share a video wirelessly directly from my PC to my LG 55SM9010PLA TV. I am not talking about sharing the whole screen (it lags a bit), just the video itself.
Sharing the video itself works well, but randomly the TV randomly does not recognise the subtitle, the sub option is not active in the TV menu, and there are no subtitles. It is in the same folder on my PC as the movie (.mkv), with the same name. In case of some movies it works, in case of others not, and I do not see the reasons why.
First I tought it is becouse the format of the subtitle needs to be ".sub", becouse it worked with one movie. So I have learnt how to convert properly ".srt" to ".sub" - but still no success.
Then I realised, in the case of another movie ".srt" worked on the TV, so I got really confused.
I see no logic behind it.  Could you help me, what is the key here, what am I missing?
      Thank you!

Have an LG55Nano which works well apart from when on specific BBC shows whereby whenever there is a switch if camera, say from contestants to host and vice versa, there is an extremely annoying flickering motion that takes place. May sound petty but any visitors comment on how distracting it can be.
Happens constantly on Richard Osmans House of Games, Impossible, Pointless and similar BBC programmes. Reported it but was told I had to get video clips for them to assist despite it being less than a year old. Life's too short. Any advice very welcome.

Up until a few days ago my TV and AVR have been working perfectly since I bought it.
Zero hassles with HDMI and connectivity.
Then I was prompted to update to the latest software version which I did and now often when I switch HDMI (running on 1) it picks up the device name, CEC works but I get “No Signal”… and then nothing.
Just stays on “No Signal”. It is almost as if some HDMI handshake breaks and now the driver is in a broken state.
I’ve found that if I hard power off and power on the device sometimes works but I don’t want to do that every time especially since it’s hard to get to the power.
This really strikes me as a software issue with the latest update as absolutely nothing else has changed in my setup.
      I’ve tried:
Different HDMI cables (high quality) Deep colour settings Reset the TV to factory default Different HDMI ports TV
      Model: OLED65G26LA / OLED65G26LA.HFBQLWK WebOS TV Version: 8.3.0.2301 Software Version: 13.30.56 AVR & Devices
Marantz SR5015 Nvidia Shield Pro PS5
The setup is the conventional AVR installation as shown in the attached file

      Has anyone else experienced this?
Is it possible to revert the software update?
