@Mohammed Albusaidi First, check that you have the latest firmware on your TV, it is 04.06.50 dated 23rd March 2021. If it is not at that level, you can download it on to the root (i.e. NOT inside a folder) of a USB stick using a laptop or PC, then follow the instructions. See:

If already at that level, then ensure that the TV is on the same WiFi band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) as the phone. If the TV is on a LAN (Ethernet) cable, then remove that and try using WiFi, as some routers do NOT  pass certain broadcast or negotiation data packets between Wifi devices and LAN connected devices. Note that the problem is protocol and app dependent, some apps may work, some connectivity and casting/mirroring may fail.

Hey there,  I have had a  OLED55B6P for ten months and I love it but

I have a problem all a sudden, just today it starts to show a black screen with fire works every minutes if I don't press a button on the remote.

I have no eco mode on, no power save modes on, TV firmwire is up to date, and tried turning off on and on the tv.

      anyone know how to fix?

I recently bought a UHD tv 65UP75003. I'm not sure, but I think there was a problem after the software upgrade. The TV is connected via an HDMI cable to a DTV receiver that sends 1080i resolution and the problem is in the horizontal line that travels from top to bottom. The line is not visible at progressive resolution. What I did: Reset the TV, receiver, bought a new high speed HDMI cable ...
Please help and what to try next?

I output the sound from my LG 75UJ657A to external speakers through a bluetooth connection, but it doesn't automatically connect to the bluetooth device when I turn the TV on. Whenever I cycle the TV off and, then, back on, the TV asks if I want to connect to the bluetooth device, and I have to select "yes" with the remote. My smart phone automatically connects to all the bluetooth devices I've set it up with. When I start my car, my phone connects automatically to the car stereo/phone system, and it does the same with other bluetooth speakers I have. This is what I want my TV to do.
How do I get my LG 75UJ657A to automatically connect to the bluetooth device I've set up with it?

      Dear LG TV.,
Could you please give a feature to make the 55 inch TV to 32 inch TV ?
Like under Settings -> Aspect ratio -> Screen size reducer
So, that we can reduce the power bill and can switch back to 55inch when watching movies.
This will be a good feature kindly take into consideration.
If you like it Kindly let us know some when can we expect this update in feature (Some approximate).

      Thanks & Regards,
      Srini.
