Random volume decrease

Question

Hi,

I have a problem with my LG TV. Sometimes when i am watching TV the volume decreases by itself. I don't know what causes this but the only fix is to increase the volume above 15. I have contacted LG support and they changed the TV motherboard but the problem remains. Anyone else having this problem?

Model: 49UK7550PLA

webOS TV Version: 4.2.0-8406 (goldilocks-gomolsha)

      Hi,
I have an LG UQ8100 TV with the latest WebOS v03.30.60.
There are so many websites that not properly working with the included webos browser. Seems there is some problem with processing modern JavaScript solutions. Some parts are missing (e.g. sliders), that on PC works flawlessly from Chrome/Firefox/Edge.
The second problem is with the online streaming services. There are so many provider in my case Udemy, that is widely used from web, but has no dedicated webos app. (I have the same problem with Telekom TVGO).
The problem is with the encoded video streams. They are loading infinite or play 2-3 seconds then stops and starts never again.
It is clear that the problem is with the webos browser solution, any other platform (PC, mobile), these sites works flawlessly.
In the settings I tried to switch on and off the "Adaptive JavaScript streaming" option, but nothing changed.
So the browser needs to be updated, because at the moment it is useless to me and there is no alternatives.

We just purchased a new LG WebOS TV OLED 65" and running the setup through the app or the TV remote says it can't load the user agreement. This is blocking us from getting to streaming apps like Nexflix or any smart functions like Voice assistant.
TV worked fine for a few days but voice assistant stopped working and after much effort LG tech said to  Reset to Initial Settings. Now we have mentioned no smart functions. TV is on ethernet and its browser functions on web fine. Tried running off neighbor's wifi with same results.
Tried switching to different country, unplugging/hold power button for 20 seconds/wait one minute,  resetting TV multiple times, setting up remote again, ...
Error message: Unable to Load User Agreements  A server error has occurred while downloading  the User Agreements. You must download and agree to the terms of the User Agreements to use this feature or application. Do you want to try to download them again… Unable to Load User Agreements  Sorry, but the User Agreements  can't be downloaded at this time…Please check your internet connection and try again later.    No change when trying over five days.
Now there is no local company available to service TV. Maybe it's time to send it back and give LG TV a one star rating. I am willing to change motherboards but doubt if LG would go along with that.
      Anyone have any ideas.

Well it's more of a question, but if it's not possible then it's a request

When I change the volume the TV displays a + / - menu on the right, but it doesn't show what the current volume is. Sometimes when you start a video it seems too quiet, but that's not the volumes fault... so you crank it up and then the whole place explodes...
If it could display some kind of visual meter for volume, or simply a numerical value...
For some reason when connected to the bose soundbar there is a numerical value, but not on the switch, Home OS screens or firetv... all those are stuck with the simple +/- symbol. Is it possible to change this ?
