Finally this issue is solved for me, for resolution go through the below lines and follow:

I was frustrated for months with similar issue and blamed the ISP for the issue as certain preinstalled apps like youtube etc. worked fine, but LG content store was just not reachable. I had a Linksys E900 wireless router. To my surprise, changing my router made the content store reachable. With this I finally concluded it was my router that was the culprit and not LG or my ISP. I then factory reset my router settings, but it didn't work. What really worked for me was a setting on my router known as MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit Size of Data Packet). It was on Auto Mode and showed a value 1480. I then changed this value to manual mode and with a value 1470. Saved settings, restarted router and TADA it worked. Hope changing MTU size for you guys solves your problem as well. For Linksys routers this setting is under Basis Setup -> Setup Tab

      Hi, I bought LG Smart TV in Thailand, I used this in India. I could able to see only following 3 apps in the premium apps. I changed the country to India in the settings, but still the Indian apps not showing either in Premium or Smart World.
      I also tried to change the Area code in service menu, but it’s fixed cannot change anymore. Only I can able to change is Country code, currently it is 19.
      Model: 32LS5700
      OS: Netcast
      Following details shown in Service Menu,
      Country Group Code :  19
      Country Group : AJ
      Country : —
      Area option : 3841
      Wifi-Frequency : 1
      Lang Gr. : W-EU
      I II Save : On
      HDEV : On
      Mono: On
      Location : 1
      Isolator : 0
       
      I cannot able to change the Area option code, but only can able to change Country Group code, that one not sure what is the country code for India.
      Anyone kindly please help to advise on this.

      6 months ago the LG apps menu started to pop up whenever I switched the TV on. I used the remote to switch the menu off. Now it starts doing this in the middle of viewing time. I always unplug the TV mains while not using it. I also regularly swith off the router and wifi. What is the problem?

      Model: 42UB700T-TH version 03.02.25. Has not got any software update since  3-4 Years - What a mess...…
      This TV is just a random box now... Once purchased this model - new version from LG was introduced; making this just a playing box...
      None of the recent OTT's can be installed..
      We need a fix or else some solution to it.
      Its really a disheartening experience after being loyal to this brand in any appliance we purchase.

      I hope LG will consider to enable the Disney+ Hotstar Apps for Model 2016 LG TV. My LG TV Model is 55UH617T.  I've raised this concern few times and hope LG will take necessary action.

      after no updates for approx. 2 years, the TV updated to 06.00.03 about 4 months ago, now to
      this latest, which is described as a bug fix release.
       
      This release has changed the  TV picture, it is too bright, almost garish, with a decidedly blue color cast -
      Let's be honest, a stable and properly balanced image was never one of the TV's strong points, now it's almost unwatchable.
      Why would anybody update the TV firmware picture settings of a 4 year old TV in such a drastic way?
