i have this tv and even its a 2018 model tv i didnt recieve webos 4.0 update. is there anyother way to uodate it?

Hi Burhan,

If you do a search (Google or your personal preference) on the model number you should find the product page on the corresponding LG website for your country.  If there is a later firmware available than you have installed then you could manually install it.  If not there may be support line numbers available to contact to see if an upgrade will be being released for your unit.  Upgrades do roll out in a seemingly haphazard order, not all at the same time and it can take months for an upgrade to either become available or be installed via the Over-The-Air service.
