Hello I'm not seeing Netflix on my LG smart TV when i press the Button on the remote and i cant seem to download it either from the LG content store?? Is there a way i can install it?

webOS TV version webOS25/10.2.2-61. up to date.
software version 33/22.95 up to date.
whenever I watch Netflix it freezes indiscriminately. Once it happened at minute 1:29 of a movie although it can happen at any time. the Netflix error message says to restart which I do but the issue persists. it is to the point where it is unwatchable. however, when I watch it through Firestick it is fine. Other TV's do not have the issue so I am thinking it is something with the TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the TV. I have powered down the TV. I have reset the router. I am wired with ethernet so not using wifi. any help would be appreciated to fix this issue.
