Question

Hey, I have an UHD LED LG TV and my TV just doesn't recognize any HDMI cable connected to the several ports.
@I cannot reset to initial settings (since it constantly keep on rolling and nothing happens)
@I cannot load any app since it takes me to a screen where I have to approve the user agreement but nothing happens - It simply won't load them
@I cannot even change the service country

What can I do?

    • Question: Powered TV on & a Static screen with sound (I only have intranet and no cable setup)

Just bought the LG smart tv 2017. When I power on the tv each time it comes up with the sound on and static looking screen until I press the home button to do a search for example Hulu.  How do I make it so when I turn on the tv the screen just shows a silent wallpaper picture? I went up the picture settings but there is no picture to choose from, it’s just the settings options. Where do I get a picture from to put it on the tv? I haven’t set up the Live Tv either because I don’t

I have recently purchased an LG 43UH610T television.  I am located in Bali, Indonesia.  Everything seems to be working fine, but when I click on any of the options, such as LGTV, YouTube etc, it tells me I must first consent to the LG Smart TV user agreement.  However, I then get a message saying "Unable to load user agreements - a server error has occurred ......" Can you help?
