If you don't know  you can't say that exists  and it is obvious that if it isn't shown for anyone means that its not available in the respective country!

Apologies, I thought my first answer was self explanatory.  If something is only available in certain geographical location and it does not appear in the user's content store then logic would dictate that the app is not available in that geographical location.

      A couple days ago My LG Oled voice recognition stopped working.
      If I speak to it it just says "Voice not recognized"
      I have tried many things I found online to fix this issue with no luck.
      One suggestion was to go to Settings>all settings>general>AI Service>Voice recognition and change to LG ThinQ.
      But the  voice recognition tab is gone. There is only voice recognition settings tab 
      I would rather not have to reset to factory settings unles there is a way to save / export my current seating's
      Any suggestions

      I have login issue on a brand new LG TV 55UR640S0ZD there I  want to create content with content manager and create Groups with Group Manager 2.0.
      I´m trying to login to Dashboard with chrome and Internet Explorer browser which is connected to wlan with IP address:
      link hidden, please login to view  Here it says to Input Password and I have tested
      Without success, what is the default password?  
      I have reset the TV from Hotell mode menu and ordinary Menu to factory default but does it exist any other way to reset TV?
      How can I get access to my TV?
      All help is appreciated

      Hi just got a new QNED LG to replace 2021 Nano tv
      the problem is I can’t move my HD channels down to  channels 1 to5.
      the program manager does not have the function to move channels like my old Nano tv which is only a year older.
      is there anyway I can get around this strange function?

      It would be amazing to be able to use the Philips HUE and synchronize the lights with the video and audio of the LG TV.
