Unable to play FLAC files from PC server

Alessio1989

Question

I am unable to play or see any FLAC files from my PC connected in my home network. The Music application does not see at all any FLAC files in the server folders (runnning Windows 10 Pro)., MP3 works fine. Putting FLAC files on an external USB device (like an USB stic) works, but not network sharing. Any suggestions?

Model: 43UJ750V Software: 03.60.15 (last version).

I have the same problem on my new LG OLED 65C7V model:

I am unable to play or see any FLAC files from my PC connected in my home network (I have tried changing the extension name with FLA ect. and always same problem).

The Music application does not see at all any FLAC files in the DLNA  server folders (I have oneserver  Windows 10 and another server ASUS RT-AC68U, always same problem).

MP3 and M4A  works fine. Putting FLAC files on an external USB device (like an USB stick) works, but never via DLNA network sharing. Any suggestions?

Model: OLED65C7V Software webOS: 04.70.30 (last version).

I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

      Hello,
I connected an hard drive to my LG OLED TV via USB. My TV is connected to my home network via Ethernet, as is my computer.
I would like to access the hard disk from my computer. Is this possible? How can I do this with Windows 10?
Note that I don't want to connect my hard drive directly to my computer but to my TV (because my home network is quite unstable).
I thank you in advance for all your help.

I would like to play MP4 video file from my NAS, is this possible from LG Smart TV? I tried on the TV and did not see how I could do this, I also did not see any App that could help me in this area.

My LG TV is connected to my home network so has direct access to my NAS.

Has anyone else had the same problem as me regarding the 'like' button on the YouTube app on my Oled77g7v? There is a thumbs up button and a thumbs down button for each video. These icons are supposed to be just an outline unless you click on them and then they fill in to show you have selected them. However, this no longer works on my TV. It is as if you never clicked. In fact, the 'like' icon is always pre_filled, no matter what I do. This used to work properly and it still works correctly on a Sony TV I have. Any ideas would be very welcome!
