Cannot activate Google Play and YouTube App

Question

Hi, the Google Play and YouTube apps launch on my new LG Smart TV just fine, but when I attempt to login, E.g to rent a movie, I get a screen  that prompts me to visit a browser on any device and go to  Google.com/activate, or YouTube.com/activate  and enter a generated pin code. I have visited this activate page from iOS and the browser app on my TV. But nothing happens after i have carefully followed the instructions from this web page - I still cannot login to any Google owned apps from my TV. I have checked whether I have the latest apps installed, and it seems that I do because they were last updated in February 2017. I bought my TV in January 2017. I have spent an hour on the phone with Google support, who tried many solutions with me but we had no resolution.  How can I successfully log into my Google apps and watch YouTube  or movies on my new tv?

      Recently bought one 49LF6350 and one 43LF6350 and the two models have the same problem, whenever I try to open an application, informs me that I have to update (required update, you must update this app to launch it. the update may cause data to be stored deleted.), and when I try to update, it gives an error message (application has not Been instaled. try again). It happens to apps also store to at new install. what may be occurring?
       
      software version: 3:03:04
      WebOS TV version: 2.0.2-3928 (behive-badlands)

      Hello everyone, I'm having issues connecting my smart tv LG to the acces point huawei PocketCube (a SIM card modem/router) (https://www.tre.it/prodotti/pocketcube-4glte) the tv sees it, when I insert the password the tv tells me that it wasn’t possible to join the network.       Hi guys since i updated to 5.80.10 can't use any apps , well apps are working but all apps have a glitch,buzzing,distorted i thought its only Gamestreams but i tried TvCast same problem Youtube,Netflix all of them have the same sound issue, Tv works fine on normal programs tv is 43UJ701V .
