We had an issue with a topic newsletter that we sent out and it sent out multiple times unfortunately. We replied to this topic:

This is a user to user support forum and not a "dodgy" website.  This site is 100% trustworthy and runs through SSL encryption for our member security. We cannot always guarantee what people post as trustworthy because it is a user to user forum and not an official support forum. It was an oversight with the email and we apologize for sending out multiple emails. The only emails you would get from this site are notifications of replies to topics you are part of and a newsletter from us on what's new.
