Youtube app capable of 60fps???

Question

Hi

My family quite recently bought a 4k Lg tv (65uf860v) that I believe does 60fps. Its using webos 2.0 so I don't know if that's the problem, but I can't for the love of God get the Youtube app to play 60fps in youtube 60fps videos. It works perfect on my iphone. The tv does 4k videos on youtube but only max 30fps. I have checked on the video info on youtube videos. Can someone please confirm if the app is capable of 60fps or if it is my tv that wont handle that frame rate on youtube.

Thank you!

I've been in contact with LG regarding this matter and here's what they said:

Tack för att ni kontaktar LG.

Tyvärr så går det inte att få mer än 30 fps på YouTube appen i våra TV-apparater.

that means in plain english, that the youtube app on LGs tvs can't support more than 30 fps. Blah!

So, it's the year 2018 and all the documentation I have found online says that LG TV's USB storage are limited to a max capacity of 2TB... nowadays that's considered rather small in terms of PVR and play backing of HDR 10bit content. I've ordered a the LG 49sj800v which is due to be delivered in the next couple of weeks so I am in the process of preparing the hard drive ready for it, which I have a WD Red 6TB however after reading it seems to be limited to 2TB?! which surprises me because t

I was wondering if we can have HotStar app for our WebOS tv as well. Recently DittoTV app has too been added which is a boon for those who have frequent DTH cable connection problem. Hello, I am using WebOS3.5 on my LG 49 SJV800V. When I log into my YouTube account on my TV via my smartphone app, I login as the wrong user from my Google account.  In the smartphone app the right user is shown, but when I am signed in on the TV app, the Google User is signed in, instead of the one I am using for YouTube. For people who do not know what I am talking about - you can have different Users in one Google account. A while ago Google decided to merge the Google account with
