TV firmware popup

Hello,

 

I want to ask about my TV. It sometimes show some popup, which before I can read disappears. It has three choices controlled via Green, Yellow and Blue buttons and says something about firmware and deleting channels. I can´t find what that could be. Did you see that sometimes? No updates available on my TV.

Hello AWACS,

I'm not sure, but it might help if you put your TV model number and firmware version in your post.

I'm running 04.00.70 firmware on a 49UF850V (if memory serves me correctly) and I get 2 occasional pop-ups, one about the channel list and one about firmware.

If it goes to quickly you can always go into settings and do a check for firmware update.

      I've just updated my LG 55UM75 TV to the latest software version - 05..20.15 - and now the picture looks off.
      I've turned off TruMotion, Motion Eye Care, Smooth Gradation, Noise Reduction and Smooth Gradation, but somehow everything still looks artificial.
      Is there another picture setting I'm missing, I've gone through every setting I can find.

      I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

      Default admin PWD not working after firmware updates

      I've update 2 of my LG Digital signage TVs (Model 65UH5J-HP) to the latest firmware (3.74.00). Before updating I was able to access the admin menu using "000000" as the default PWD. After updating, I am no longer able to use that default password to access the admin menu. It's giving me a message saying "Incorrect password (Same number repeated). Please try again" 
      I tried to usual suspects: 
      123456 
      654321
      111111
      666666 
      No bueno  - anyone got any insights?  LG corporate support was unable to help either.

      OLED65G2PSA damaged after recent webOS firmware upgrade

      Immediately following the major LG webOS firmware upgrade last week, our OLED65G2PSA is damaged. A white line appears top to bottom of screen in from the left hand side & the tv either fails to turn on, or shuts itself down shortly after. Has anyone else had this issue & if so, has any update on a solution. (I'm waiting for LG to get it sorted. Waiting ...)

      I have a lg webos tv (43LJ594V.ZA) and i want update the webos, but only uk models (...94.AEK) have updates. Can i use uk firmware to get update, i dont have special apps for country or language isnt a problem i can use with uk english (i install newer webos version with usb but lg support only have uk version)(i dont know what is ZA im form turkey)
