WebOS Update for 42LB5820 in INDIA

I heard that there is a update of webOS for LG 42lb5820

I want to know when the update is going to be released in INDIA (Bangalore)

Hi!

 

I guess you have to wait for LG in India to have it released. Maybe they are waiting for apps to be certified and approved, or if there is some other rollout plans they have wit new features, who knows? Your best bet is to contact LG support in India, maybe they have some answers? 

 

It is a shame that LG are so uptight when it comes to providing information on future releases, software release notes etc. It is very noticeable they are a jack of all trades company, as compared to Microsoft that focuses almost entirely on software. LG just can't handle power users like ourselves, which is a shame given that we usually can provide very valuable insight on how to improve their software (webos). It seems like the videophiles at avsforums have more luck talking to local LG regionals about things like picture quality etc...
