Announcing the winners of the Mobile Nations 2012 Halloween Costume Contest!

The judges worked long and hard going through the hundreds of submissions in this year's Mobile Nations Halloween Costume Contest, and they have finally narrowed it down and chosen 10 winners! There were so many incredible entries, from funny to scary with everything in between, and all of them were super creative, so this was a really hard contest to judge! We appreciate all the pictures that were submitted, and hope that you all had as much fun entering as we did getting to see everyone.

You can watch a video of the entries above, and check them all out in a gallery at the link below. (If you don't see your picture in the photo gallery or video, it's likely because it didn't have a tablet or phone in the picture. Gotta follow those rules!) Winners are posted below, with description/back story if it was included in the email . If you were one of the chosen winners, watch your email later this week for details on what you've won! Congrats everyone, see you back here next Halloween!

      How do I access a hard drive connected directly to my OLED TV from my computer?

      Hello,
      I connected an hard drive to my LG OLED TV via USB. My TV is connected to my home network via Ethernet, as is my computer.  
      I would like to access the hard disk from my computer. Is this possible? How can I do this with Windows 10?
      Note that I don't want to connect my hard drive directly to my computer but to my TV (because my home network is quite unstable).

      Simultaneous Signal Outputs through HDMI eArc and Optical ports?

      I am trying to setup my new Phonak my hearing aids TV Connector with my new LG GP2 TV and Sonos Arc sound bar, connected by via the HDMI eArc port.   The TV automatically uses the the HDMI eArc port, and that port only.  As a result no signal goes through the optical out port of the LG TV.
      Is there a way to make the LG TV sound signal simultaneously go out to both the sonud bar via eArc port and to the Phak TV Connector via the optical out port so that I can connect hearing aids to the Phonak TV connector and also use the Sonos Arc soundbar at the same time?
      Appreciate any guidance.

      Sound issues when playing video content via external hard drive

      Can someone offer a solution on this problem that I'm having with my newly purchased Qned lg TV? I have multiple video files most are mkv files 1080p stored on an external hard drive where when I connect via usb it will play them but with no sound. Some videos will play but majority won't. Any info is appreciated

      Why many content are not downloading and playing in various Apps. This is despite of fully paid Yearly subscriptions.

      There are many new movies and web series which are not playing.
      Jehanabad: in SoniLiv,  The Night Manager in Hotstar are couple of examples.
      They are playing flawlessly in Laptop and Mobile, but not in LG TV backed by webOS.
      I have removed and reinstalled both the Apps but no result.

      How come there is no YouTube App for LG Smart TV?

      For the past few years I have been using a 2nd generation Apple TV to watch YouTube videos on my LG Smart TV, however as of today Apple have disabled their YouTube app for this particular device.
      I presumed I would be able to use a YouTube app on my TV to continue watching videos in this way, after all has anyone ever heard of a Smart TV without a YouTube app? Since most new TVs are smart TVs these days most people I know have one and they all have the capability to play YouTube videos, usually you don't even have to download the app as it is one of the ones that comes pre-installed.
      However I cannot find a YouTube app in the LG content store. I've not really tried to install new apps on my TV since getting it so I don't know if I'm looking in the right place, or it is one of those things like with smartphones where there are multiple places you can go and download apps from.
      Bizarrely though, despite there being no YouTube app, there is a YouTube kids app, so it's not like LG have never heard of YouTube or anything, they just don't seem to have realised that people other than kids watch videos on it.
