I am facing this problem since 2 weeks on my 2017 bought LG 49UF850V. It was working all fine for the last 5 years. Not even a single point in time "app restart to free memory" error was raised. The surprising thing is, when I looked at host diagnostics, I found DRAM to be 0 I haven't checked this before the problem started so I do not know the initial value. But the spec says it has 2.5GB of RAM. Why is it showing 0 ? The plug pull, 10 sec power button, 20s wait and then power on did not change anything in my case.
