I have a 43LJ594V-ZA tv. Since it updated to 05.80.20 I have had buffering problems with BBC and ITV players. Netflix is fine. Can you help with this? Thanks.

I have an LG 43LJ594V smart TV which is connected to 40MB broadband by cable. It worked perfectly until fairly recently - I think when the software was updated to 05.80.20. Now the iPlayer and ITV Hub both load extremely slowly (sometimes ITV Hub just fails to load completely) and the iPlayer is frequently buffering (every 10-20 seconds or so). Once the ITV Hub loads it usually runs OK. Netflix runs perfectly. I have tried a Toshiba TV (which I think has the Amazon Fire OS) on the same broadband connection with no problems at all. Can anybody suggest what to do? Thanks
