Will doing this not reset to 1st firmware when tv was purchased....

Just updated my 49UB850V (Ireland) to version 04.55.25 And is giving terrible trouble on live broadcasts like Football , Sports. Can only describe it as a judder effect. Tried adjusting True Motion Control with no effect. Really disapointed at LG For allowing this to happen. This version did fix my magic remote problem but what use is it when you are getting a deplorable picture. Anyone having same issue.... Regards
