Yep, this is very annoying! It seems we all have the same situation - it works for a while and then suddenly it doesn't. My reverts back to Internal TV Speaking for no apparent reason, even with no software update. It worked great for a couple of weeks, then didn't. I wish they would resolve this issue.

For some reason this has been working properly lately and I don't really know why. For a few days I could go through all the steps to make it work, but it would not. Then it suddenly decided to work and has been doing so for several days. There has been another software update, but it was working before that. Honestly, it is so random I have no idea anymore, but I am happy it is working now.
