Hi guys / LG Support I'm not sure does anyone are facing the same problem. While watching any Full HD movie or 3D, I can't rewind also move forward the movie story, there are an error message appeared at the top of screen said 'unsupported action for the format file'. I'm able to do so if playing the same movie from a laptop. As info, I'm using Smart Share that the movie saved in 2GB western digital cloud. Please advice. Thanks
