Across Asia, lifestyle changes are reshaping how people find comfort and care at home. Consumers are turning toward subscription-based living – a smarter and more flexible way to enjoy the latest home innovations.
LG Subscribe is leading this shift with premium products, expert maintenance services and flexible payment plans. From Singapore’s first experiential LG Subscribe Brand Store at Suntec City to Thailand’s rapid growth toward 20,000 subscribers in its first year, we are making more accessible living a reality.
Singapore: A New Era of Smart Living at Suntec City
On August 6, 2025, LG Singapore opened the doors to its first LG Subscribe Brand Store in Singapore at Suntec City – a space that celebrates our vision to make life easier through real solutions tailored to different lifestyles.

To kick off the event, Fabian Kunho Lee, Managing Director of LG Singapore, shared how LG Subscribe blends technology with accessibility and care to begin “a new chapter in customer experience.” After the classic ribbon-cutting ceremony, a vibrant lion dance performance set the tone for an auspicious and energetic start.

Media and key partners toured the experiential store, exploring appliances such as the LG Styler®, washing machines, refrigerators and air purifiers – all available through flexible subscription plans. Product specialists also introduced LG Careship, a routine maintenance service covered by a monthly fee, ensuring that every appliance performs at its best.

Beyond retail, the store is designed as a welcoming space for families. In September, LG Singapore hosted a special Children’s Day event, transforming the store into a lively playground filled with interactive games, creative workshops and sweet treats. This celebration marked the beginning of a series of weekend experiences that make family time part of the LG Subscribe journey.
Thailand: Celebrating One Year of Growth and Innovation
In Thailand, LG Subscribe has quickly become a leader in the home appliance subscription market since its launch in October 2024. LG Thailand surpassed 10,000 subscribers in just nine months and are on track to reach 20,000 as its first anniversary approaches.

To celebrate this success, LG Thailand recognized outstanding Lifestyle Planners (LPs) and Lifestyle Sales Managers (LSMs) at the 2025 LSM Awards in July. Their dedication and customer-first mindset have been key to the program’s rapid expansion. The subsidiary also launched LG Subscribe Friends, an influencer initiative that invites creators to share authentic stories about how subscription living enhances everyday life in Thailand.

LG Thailand has successfully expanded its service network to 50 areas nationwide. With three LG Subscribe Complex Centers already open in Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima and Hat Yai, it plans to increase the number to seven by year’s end. The next milestone is to broaden its product portfolio to 14 categories and 100 models – making it easier for every Thai household to enjoy the comfort, convenience and peace of mind that define the company’s Life’s Good promise.

LG Subscribe is redefining home living across Asia through flexibility, care and innovation. Whether through Singapore’s engaging in-store experiences or Thailand’s nationwide growth, we continue to show how our commitment to convenience and comfort makes Life’s Good – every day, everywhere.

Driven by a strong desire to improve lives, communities and the environment, LG is continually innovating products and services that make life greener and more convenient. From tree-planting initiatives to developing technologies rooted in sustainability, LG is working to create a Better Life for All.
This commitment extends into local communities, where LG promotes smarter, more energy-efficient lifestyles in line with its “Life’s Good When You Live Smart” message. Through simple yet meaningful tips and people-centered programs, the company shows how small, thoughtful actions can lead to long-lasting positive change.

For the third year in a row, LG Serbia and Bulgaria held their annual service campaign in June – offering free servicing for out-of-warranty devices, sharing everyday usage tips and showcasing innovative technologies. Now a widely recognized event, the LG Service Caravan visited Kraljevo, Subotica and Kragujevac in Serbia, as well as Blagoevgrad, Shumen and Ruse in Bulgaria, spreading the message of smarter living.

With sustainability top of mind, this year’s campaign focused on energy efficiency. Visitors discovered how LG’s smart technologies not only simplify daily routines but also help reduce energy costs and support environmental care. On-site, LG experts hosted educational workshops and shared practical guides on how to use home appliances more efficiently.

As in previous years, visitors could receive free check-ups and repairs for LG devices – whether under warranty or not.* LG specialists were available to provide consultations, technical support and live demonstrations of smart solutions that combine cutting-edge energy efficiency with outstanding performance.
In Serbia, the two-day event featured fun quizzes with prizes for children and dedicated adult workshops on energy-saving practices. In Bulgaria, the family-friendly activities included a kids’ corner with oversized educational puzzles and interactive games about smart home efficiency, while adults participated in a quiz using the innovative LG CreateBoard, showing how small steps can have a big impact – both at home and for the planet.

LG Serbia and Bulgaria took an active role in delivering this year’s campaign, championing the “Life’s Good When You Live Smart” message to customers and the broader public.

At the heart of LG’s approach is the belief that technology should be not only innovative and appealing, but also beneficial to households, communities and the planet. This year’s service tour placed a spotlight on energy efficiency and sustainability – highlighting how choosing smarter appliances can help individuals and families make a real difference.
As part of this commitment, LG Serbia and Bulgaria donated an interactive LG TV to a local primary school in each city visited. This initiative supports digital education while promoting sustainable practices that reduce energy use and help create a more dynamic, modern and visually engaging learning environment.

As the Ramadan crescent lit up the sky, so did a spirit of generosity, togetherness and reflection. For LG Middle East and Africa (MEA), this sacred season wasn’t seen as a marketing opportunity – it was embraced as a deeply human one. That’s why this year’s Ramadan campaign wasn’t driven by product briefs or sales targets. It came from a simple belief: Life’s Good When Shared – especially when shared with family.

Ramadan is as much about family as it is about fasting. From preparing iftar with love to gathering around the table at sunset, every moment is an act of care. This deep emotional connection inspired a campaign that celebrates life’s simple joys at home, supported quietly and seamlessly by LG innovations working behind the scenes. With Life’s Good When Shared, LG set out to remind us all of what truly matters.

“We wanted to honor the warmth and togetherness Ramadan evokes in the home,” said Phil Jung, Middle East & Africa Region representative of LG Electronics. “For us, ‘Life’s Good’ means making life easier, more comfortable and connected for everyone. Ramadan beautifully reflects this spirit.”

To bring this message to life, LG MEA invited hundreds of creators across the region not to promote products – but to open their homes and share their stories. They welcomed viewers into their homes, showed off their family recipes and introduced the people closest to them. The response was truly heartwarming, with over 61 million total views from Iraq to Saudi Arabia and Algeria – and total engagements reaching more than 2 million – filling social feeds with authentic, unscripted Ramadan moments.
What stood out wasn’t just the reach – it was the way these stories resonated across cultures and communities. This wasn’t a polished, top-down campaign – it was a bottom-up celebration. From every story posted came thousands of shares, heartfelt comments and emotional responses.

Instead of glowing product reviews, what surfaced were deeply personal connections. Comments like “This reminds me of my mother,” “This made me smile” and “This is what Ramadan feels like” flooded in, showing how authentic storytelling can touch hearts far beyond a typical campaign.
This Ramadan, LG didn’t try to sell a story – it created space for families to tell their own. And with every dish served, hug given and smile captured, one thing became clear: Life’s truly good when it’s shared.
