english audio track problem with m2TS file format movies... (MPC-HC app support or an update for built-in Media Player)By oha

in Turkey.. oled55c1 media player can not play english audio track in the m2ts movie file from usb.. it will sound funny but, it seems like WebOs or its built-in Media Player is against english.. : (( it plays the m2TS audio track within the file with russian, spanish or italian but wierdly not english.. ¿¿?? when you go to audio tracks list setting there are no language titles.. the list only shows "song languages" or something like that.. and under that menu there are listings as 1, 2, 3.. it should list language audio tracks formally as it should be.. 1: English 2: Russian 3: Spanish or whatever listed in the file.. this is not only one-file problem.. As far as I know this issue exists in every 2021 and 2022 LG oled smartTVs WEBOS models and built-in media players for every m2TS file movies...
if anyone would ask; for these movie files on PC windows OS there's no problem at all.. english audio track is there.. and plus; Samsung plays this file with english audio track without any problems.. : ((((
what about installing mpc-hc on WebOs? would that resolve this issue ? possible someday ?

Turned on the TV but the soundbar remained off, turned on with its remote control .. I do not understand why if I now try to turn on and off they both do it without problems .. after a bit of inactivity it does not do so .. some kind of energy saving TV or SB?
Seeing this error when accessing the content store.
Long story short, I'm able to watch netflix and various other streaming services but Disney+ went "weird" recently and would allow me to navigate to various shows but then always encounters a "problem". I noticed Disney+ has a new app update on various Android devices I own so I figured it might need an update on my LG OLED 55E6V too. But the content store has been temporarily unavailable for 24 hours now.
It's the first time I'm seeing this - anyone else?
I updated my email-based LG account and consented to some new terms and conditions in the hope it would make a difference but now I feel like I was mugged into that, all for nothing. Meantime... no Disney+ and no way to check my LG WebOS apps are up to date (strongly suspect there might be a new Disney+ app). The "Account Management" option on my TV results in a black screen and this just feels like things are unravelling.
I have firmware 05.60.15 and no updates are available.
I can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime and I want to watch DisneyPlus, I don't want to buy a new TV because of that stupid firmware, there is lot of complaints regarding to that issue at all forms. Please for your brand benefits and for the user rights solve that problem and release a new update for these TVs. I am waiting an official answer that explain whether you solve it or not. Thank you.
