Hi!
I own a OLED65C8PUA 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV and it seems to be suddenly freezing when a commercial starts on a LG channel. I've unplugged the TV, hold down the start button, restarted to clean out the cache. I even restarted the whole system where it deletes most of the apps and all your picture and internet settings. Still getting this freeze during ADS between the LG channel presentations (be it the 80's, 90's, Love Boat channels, etc.) Anyone else have this problem? I'm kind of at a loss of what to do next.

It would be nice to have an ability to play video (not only?) content from folder in shuffle mode.

Just bought this TV .Face problem with Language and subtitle setting.
1) Not able to set subtitle in English when watching Japanese program.
2) Not able to switch to Korean speaking language from Chinese language.
Anyone can advise. Thank you in advance
