Good evening, I have a Smart LG 24MT49S PZ television and for a few days now I can no longer access the installed apps or the various settings, the television starts the apps and settings for a few seconds and then closes them a few seconds later making me return to the channel I was watching . Since, as specified, even the functions in the television menu are not accessible, it is not even possible for me to try to reset the television, does anyone know how I can proceed? I have purchased a new TV and I'm unable to login to the LG account. Whenever i try i get the error saying : The lg services country information could not be retrieved from the server. Image is attached !
I have registered the TV online on lg.com I tried resetting and rebooting the TV I tried the LG customer service which is pathetic and they just asked to exchange the TV with the retailer ( I don't know what customer service is smoking, if people start replacing TV for every software issue, it will be the end for LG Business) What else can be done?
I have. an LG43UQ91006LA.I am having problems with the ITVX app, it keeps buffering as much as 5 times over a 1 hour programme after the buffering I get a banner come up telling me I have a problem with my internet, but everything else is working the banner disappears after a few seconds and everything works until the next buffering, just wondering if anybody else has the same problem? I have no problems with other apps, BBC I player,Channel4, My5. If I use Amazon Firestick all the channels run smoothly including ITVX.
I have an LG UQ8100 TV with the latest WebOS v03.30.60.
The second problem is with the online streaming services. There are so many provider in my case Udemy, that is widely used from web, but has no dedicated webos app. (I have the same problem with Telekom TVGO).
The problem is with the encoded video streams. They are loading infinite or play 2-3 seconds then stops and starts never again.
It is clear that the problem is with the webos browser solution, any other platform (PC, mobile), these sites works flawlessly.
So the browser needs to be updated, because at the moment it is useless to me and there is no alternatives.
